Our Covid Ready Approach

Following the global pandemic we have ensured that we will take all measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 . Our philosophy is focused on our guests’ health and well-being during these challenging times , so all below measures are taken considering our priority which is health & safety in order to  enjoy summer vacation at the most !  We follow all the procedures and protocols according the world’s leading health experts , the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

– Check in time 15.00 – Check out time 11.00 . In order to enter the reception area is necessary to wear mask .

– All rooms are being disinfected with special LED technology and special antibacterial products and steam cleaning before check in .

–  Valet Service is not available

–  If you wish to arrange your transfer with us it will be only private , the use of mask is necessary in the transfer vehicle .

–  Your breakfast will be served daily to your room at your preferred time until 10.30 am . In case you have any allergies or intolerances kindly let us know .

–  Room Cleaning service : According Greek regulations the housekeeping can only be in your room only  while you are not in the room .

–  We strongly recommend not to use the air conditioning and enjoy the physical ventilation . Although , we only use individual Air conditioning per room which is the best according CDC ,

–  Our mini bar will not have any products , so it will be a mini fridge . Coffee & tea facilities , kettle and ironing facilities should be removed from the rooms according the Greek regulations . In case you wish to have any of them we will provide them only upon request . At the same time you can request via telephone ( directly to our front desk ) extra towels , sheets , amenities or pillows and blankets , since all these extras should be removed as well .

– Before you enter the pool you should shower in your room and the maximum number of people in the pool , cannot be exceeded .

–  Our Spa indoor pool and steam room are not available for use according Greek regulations. In order to use our gym , it is necessary to book an appointment for private use .

–  Our Wine Cellar will be available only after reservation for private use
